What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Loan Closer position at Maverick Lending NYC?
Maverick Lending NYC is a fast-growing, DSCR-only mortgage lender seeking an experienced Loan Closer to help us get our investor deals over the finish line.
In this role, you’ll:
- Prepare and review closing packages for DSCR investment property loans
- Coordinate with title, attorneys, brokers, and internal teams to ensure clean, on-time closings
- Catch and resolve issues quickly so files move from “clear-to-close” to funded without delays
We operate in a high-volume, fast-paced environment and are not limited to traditional 9–5 hours — we’re looking for someone who’s willing to stay engaged until the deal is done.
