- Greet customers warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Take orders accurately using POS system (Toast), ensuring quick and efficient transactions
- Handle cash and card payments responsibly, including cash handling and cashiering duties
- Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, sanitizing work areas, and adhering to food safety standards
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service and customer satisfaction
- Contribute to a positive team environment by collaborating with colleagues in serving, cleaning, and supporting daily operations
- Proven experience in food service or quick service & fast food restaurant environments
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
- Ability to handle cash accurately and perform basic math calculations confidently
- Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling techniques
- Experience in food preparation, bussing, or kitchen support is highly desirable
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic understanding of retail math or grocery store operations is a plus
- Previous restaurant experience or culinary background is advantageous but not required
