- Supervise Slot office staff.
- Responsible for the profitability of the Slot Department.
- Ensure proper orientation and training of all Slot procedures.
- Comply with all company and departmental policies and procedures.
- Patrol assigned areas to ensure that players are following rules and that machines are functioning correctly.
- Approve slot vouchers for payouts as required.
- Monitor operational quality or safety.
- Monitor patron activities to identify problems or potential problems.
- Verbal & aesthetically pleasing communication skills.

To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience and knowledge that includes:
- Management experience required.
