Pay Range: $15 - $ 18 per hour

How You'll Succeed
- Assist patrons as needed and provide excellent customer service internally and externally.
- Ensure all reports and correspondences are properly completed in a timely manner.
- Maintain an open line of communication with management.
- Identify security issues and develop solutions in coordination with management.
- Patrol company property, protect assets and ensure safety of all guests and personnel.
- Document and effectively write reports on all incidents.
- Respond to and handle emergencies using the proper method while simultaneously using the correct safety procedures.
- Ensure the safety of all patrons and employees.
- Ensure adherence of Nevada and federal laws.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

To be successful in this role, you should have previous Security experience and knowledge that includes:
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience
- Certified in CPR/First Aid and/or EMT preferred.
- Working knowledge of cash handling and knowledge of State of Nevada Gambling regulations and rules.
- Encourage mutual respect, dignity and integrity with all staff by setting positive examples.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor.
- Must be dependable.
- Must be registered with Nevada Gaming Control Board.
- Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid and AED certifications.
- Must demonstrate and use sound judgement.
- Basic computer skills required.
- Ability to read and comprehend all documentation.
- Ability to communicate effectively at all times, with all levels of employees and guests.
- Neat, professional appearance with good personal hygiene.
- Must be fluent in English.
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
