Current Opportunity: Dental Lab - Data Entry Specialist
Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a full-time Data Entry Specialist to play a crucial role in our operations. The Dental Laboratory Data Entry Specialist is responsible to ensure that all case information from dental offices is accurately, clearly, and promptly entered into the Labtrac system. This data entry role is critical for maintaining the flow of instructions for case processing, tracking, and ensuring clear communication between the dental office and Maverick Dental Laboratories.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize daily incoming cases for entry into Labtrac.
- Enter all case information received via FedEx or Maverick Dental Laboratories drivers into Labtrac, ensuring accurate and complete data.
- Communicate with dental offices as needed to confirm due dates and clarify any unclear instructions on the Rx forms.
- Answer incoming calls related to case status, pricing, turnaround times, and shipping dates; escalate and route calls as appropriate.
- Confirm the accuracy of all entered data, print case information, and affix tracking labels for production.

- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Strong time-management skills.
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to follow established SOPs for data entry and case handling.
- Basic math, analytical, and computer skills.
- Professional, cooperative demeanor in interactions with colleagues.
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Required: General office work experience
- Preferred: Prior experience in data entry or customer service
- Dental experience and knowledge a plus!
