What are the responsibilities and job description for the Luxury Residential Concierge Philadelphia Weekends Only Part-Time position at Maverick Concierge?
We’re looking for a knowledgeable Concierge to attend to our residents' requests and needs in a professional, courteous and efficient manner. You should be able to deal professionally with residents inquiries, effectively solve problems and respond appropriately to complaints. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, multi-tasking ability, hospitality expertise, as well as knowledge of local area services. You will be responsible for assisting residents with outstanding customer service. Ultimately, you should help maintain a flawless reputation by providing outstanding residents services
- Speak with others using a clear and professional language, prepare and review written documents accurately and completely and answer phones using appropriate etiquette
- Welcome and acknolwedge all resident owners and their guests according to company standards,anticipate and address service needs, assist individuals with disabilities and thank others with general appreciation.
- Develope & mantain poaitive working relationships with others support team to reach common goals and listen and respond
- Comply with quality assurance and expectations and standards
- Follow all company policies and procedures, ensure uniform and personal appearances are clean and professional,maintain confidentialty of proprietary information & protect company assets.
