Ecommerce Specialist

Location: Bentonville, Arkansas
Company: Maverick Commerce
Employment Type: Full-Time Position

About Us

Maverick Commerce is a fast-growing Amazon agency that partners with established brands to optimize and grow their presence on Amazon. We manage nearly every aspect of the Amazon channel, including product listings, catalog management, content creation, advertising, brand protection, and marketplace strategy.

Our team works closely with our brand partners and Amazon to optimize every aspect of the digital shelf. From product content and imagery to catalog structure, brand presentation, and discoverability, we focus on creating a consistent, high-quality presence that accurately represents each brand and helps drive visibility, conversion, and long-term growth on Amazon.

Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Ecommerce Specialist to join our team in Bentonville.

In this role, you will help manage the Amazon presence of multiple brands. Your responsibilities will include creating and optimizing product listings, developing product imagery and A Content, maintaining large product catalogs, and identifying and resolving listing and brand-related issues within Amazon.

A significant part of this position involves problem-solving. Amazon is a constantly changing platform, and issues can arise with product listings, catalog data, brand information, variations, content, and other areas of Seller Central. You will investigate these issues, work directly with Amazon support and internal Amazon teams when necessary, and help develop solutions to get them resolved.

You do not need to be an Amazon expert on day one. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, comfortable working through unfamiliar problems, and capable of becoming increasingly independent as they gain experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and optimize Amazon product listings, including titles, bullet points, descriptions, backend keywords, images, and A Content
  • Create product imagery and infographics using Canva and other creative tools
  • Manage and maintain product catalogs for multiple brands within Amazon Seller Central
  • Research products and translate technical product information into accurate, engaging customer-facing content
  • Monitor listings for accuracy, compliance, and catalog issues
  • Identify, investigate, and troubleshoot Amazon listing and brand-related problems
  • Open and manage support cases with Amazon and communicate with Amazon teams to resolve catalog, listing, Brand Registry, and other account issues
  • Follow issues through resolution rather than simply identifying or escalating them
  • Assist with developing and maintaining Amazon Brand Stores and other branded content
  • Maintain organized product data and manage multiple projects and product lines simultaneously
  • Stay current with Amazon policies, platform changes, and marketplace best practices

Qualifications

  • Strong technology proficiency with the ability to quickly learn new software, systems, and AI tools and use them effectively to improve productivity, research, problem-solving, and day-to-day work
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to take ownership of challenges, find effective solutions, and resolve issues efficiently
  • Highly detail-oriented and organized
  • Comfortable learning new software, systems, and processes
  • Strong visual judgment and an eye for layout, design, and brand consistency
  • Experience with Canva or similar design tools
  • Ability to manage multiple brands, projects, and priorities simultaneously
  • Comfortable working independently while also collaborating closely with a team
  • Experience with Amazon Seller Central, eCommerce, Excel/Google Sheets, or product catalog management is a plus, but not required

Why Join Maverick Commerce?

Maverick Commerce is growing, and we want our team members to grow with it.

This position provides an opportunity to develop specialized experience in Amazon and Ecommerce while working directly with established brands. As you become more experienced, you will have opportunities to take on greater responsibility, learn additional areas of the Amazon business, and advance into more senior roles within Maverick Commerce.

You will also have the opportunity to:

  • Work with a small, collaborative team where your contributions have a direct impact
  • Gain hands-on experience managing Amazon accounts for established brands
  • Develop valuable expertise in Amazon Seller Central, catalog management, content, Brand Registry, and marketplace operations
  • Learn how to diagnose and solve complex Amazon marketplace issues
  • Take on increasing responsibility and ownership as your knowledge and capabilities grow
  • Build toward more senior eCommerce, Amazon management, and account management roles as the company continues to grow

Benefits & Perks

  • Paid time off
  • Paid holidays
  • Paid training and professional development
  • Opportunities for advancement within the company
  • Performance-based raises
