Requirements
Must be 21 years of age or older
Valid driver’s license with ability to drive a variety of vehicles
What You’ll Do
Perform high-level detailing (interior/exterior cleaning, waxing, polishing, etc.)
Set the quality standard for all finished vehicles
Inspect and sign off on completed work to ensure Maverick’s standards are met
Provide guidance and coaching to other detailers when needed
Assist the manager in keeping workflows efficient and supplies organized
Step in with hands-on detailing to support the team and set the pace

Proven experience in automotive detailing (required)
Keen eye for detail and passion for consistent, high-quality work
Natural leadership ability — able to encourage, guide, and support peers
