Position Summary:
The Grinder is responsible for prepping fiberglass parts by performing multiple techniques including but not limited to grinding, trimming, drilling and cutting. The Grinder must be able to follow pre-established guidelines on measurements, drilling sizes and drilling locations.

Responsibilities/Duties
- Move parts into the grinding booth and separate the part from the mold.
- Grind, trim, drill and cut parts, using hand tools, power tools and pneumatic tools.
- Complete assignments by following work orders, using prints and/or overlays.
- Polycore areas as needed, following engineering specifications.
- Complete rework on parts as necessary.
- Ability to perform job functions safely and effectively in a fast-paced environment while wearing all required PPE and following safety policy.
- Must practice good housekeeping by keeping work areas clean at all times.
- Other duties as assigned.
