Key Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy and execution of generative AI initiatives across the organization.
- Design and develop generative AI models for text, image, audio, and multimodal applications.
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate generative AI capabilities into business solutions.
- Ensure ethical AI practices, compliance, and responsible use of generative technologies.
- Optimize models for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency in production environments.
- Stay updated with the latest research in LLMs, transformers, GANs, and diffusion models.
- Mentor and guide a team of AI engineers and data scientists.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 7 years of experience in AI/ML development, with at least 2 years in generative AI.
- Strong expertise in deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Hands-on experience with LLMs (GPT, BERT, etc.), GANs, and diffusion models.
- Proficiency in Python and ML libraries (Transformers, Hugging Face, OpenAI APIs).
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps practices.
- Strong understanding of data engineering, model deployment, and API integration.
