Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and optimize Generative AI solutions using LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, LLaMA, Gemini)
- Develop prompt engineering strategies for high-quality, reliable responses
- Implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines using vector databases
- Fine-tune and evaluate language models for enterprise use cases
- Integrate GenAI models into applications using APIs and SDKs
- Ensure AI outputs are accurate, safe, ethical, and compliant
- Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineers
- Monitor model performance and continuously improve outputs
- Stay up to date with advancements in GenAI and AI safety practices
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Experience with Python and AI/ML frameworks
- Hands-on experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Hugging Face, or similar platforms
- Knowledge of prompt engineering, embeddings, and transformers
- Familiarity with vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Chroma, etc.)
- API integration and backend development experience
