Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Assembly Technician role based in Olathe, KS. As an Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for assembling mechanical and electronic components, using hand and power tools, performing basic soldering, and conducting quality inspections of finished products. You will contribute to ensuring products meet design and quality standards, as well as work collaboratively with a team to meet project deadlines.
Qualifications
- Proficiency with hand tools and power tools for assembly tasks
- Experience with soldering and mechanical assembly
- Basic understanding of quality control processes and standards
- Attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions and blueprints
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly role is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications in related fields are an advantage
