Requirements
Required Skills and Attributes:
- At least 4 years of sales or client management experience
- 1 years of service sales experience in technology and/or cybersecurity industry
- High level of comfort with email, web, and customer relationship management (CRM) solutions
- Love of communicating, with clients and colleagues, and high empathy
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
- Desire to understand and explore new technologies, to grow skills and understanding on an ongoing basis
- Attention to process and detail
- Creative problem solving with the ability to adapt to a wide variety of sales and technical situations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment
- Able to produce in a virtual office environment
- Competency with CRM tools, MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Visio is an advantage as well
