We're growing and looking for an LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist) LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) or LPCC (Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor) to join us as a Clinical Supervisor.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting associates and trainees as they build core clinical skills, including assessment, treatment planning, intervention, and case conceptualization
- Providing both individual and group supervision
- Offering guidance on clinical documentation, assessments, and treatment planning
- Partnering with leadership on clinical operations, training, and service delivery
- Maintaining a small caseload to stay connected to direct clinical work
What you bring:
- Active California licensure as an - LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist), LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) or LPCC (Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor)
- Experience providing individual and group clinical supervision to pre-licensed clinicians & trainees
- Strong clinical foundation in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning, with a solid understanding of ethical and legal standards in both therapy and supervision.
- Experience working in Medi-Cal funded programs, with familiarity in PAVE and CAQH preferred.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team, with a commitment to cultural responsiveness and working with diverse communities. Flexible and willing to work from on site 3 days per week.
Compensation:
$110,000 - $125,000 depending on experience.
Hybrid schedule: 3 days on-site in Oakland (flexibility to support on-site afternoon schedules), 2 days remote.
