Here's what we will tell you:
- Our top reps earn over $250,000/year. That is not a typo.
- Our average first-year rep earns $120,000-$150,000. Because we invest heavily in training.
- We put every rep through a rigourous onboarding. Scripts, systems, ride-alongs, accountability.
- We operate on a 1:1 ratio. We give you a lead. You bring us a lead. Give-give, not give-take.
If you need someone to hand you a career on a silver platter, this isn't the place.
