Role Summary

We are looking for a Technical Portfolio Manager with strong ServiceNow platform experience to manage multiple IT initiatives and drive strategic delivery across the organization. This role requires a blend of technical understanding, portfolio management, and stakeholder leadership.

Must-Have Skills

  • 10 years in IT with strong portfolio/program management experience
  • Hands-on understanding of ServiceNow platform (ITSM, CMDB)
  • Strong knowledge of CMDB architecture, CI relationships, and data governance
  • Experience managing multiple projects/programs at portfolio level
  • Ability to prioritize initiatives based on business value
  • Strong understanding of IT operations (incident, change, problem management)
  • Experience with Agile / Scrum / SDLC methodologies
  • Strong stakeholder and executive communication skills
  • Ability to work as a client-side owner driving business outcomes
