What You'll Do:
- Design and manage onboarding programs that set employees up for success from day one
- Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, and offboarding
- Maintain accurate employee data and records across HR systems, including Greenhouse and Culture Amp
- Optimize People Operations processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, and employee experience
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and employment regulations
- Administer and support employee health and wellness benefits programs
- Generate reports and maintain data integrity across systems and platforms
- Serve as a trusted resource for employees and managers, providing responsive, white-glove support
- Partner cross-functionally to support people initiatives, policies, and programs as the organization continues to grow
- Experience as an HR Generalist, People Operations Generalist, or similar human resources role
- Strong understanding of employment law, HR best practices, and benefits administration
- Experience working with HRIS, ATS, and employee engagement platforms; familiarity with Greenhouse and Culture Amp is highly preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to synthesize information, analyze processes, and implement improvements
