Responsibilities
- Coordinating daily work schedules and communicating changes and special instructions to crews.
- Providing field oversight of all maintenance and enhancement crews.
- Implementing corrective actions at all commercial properties.
- Stepping in to assist lawn maintenance crews when necessary.
- Monitoring and approving employee time, with a strong attention to detail.
- Collaborating with the Office Manager on customer billing and employee time management.
- Keeping track of all jobs and schedules and planning staff and crews accordingly.
Qualifications
- Experience in irrigation repair or installation.
- Experience in ground maintenance or landscaping.
- Experience in staff management.
- Valid driver's license.
- Proficiency in both English and Spanish.
