This sourcing role is responsible for delivering an exceptional candidate experience; building strong pipelines of candidates, partnering with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers throughout the interview process. This person will be someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. To be successful, you bring a collaborative mindset, strong domain expertise, creative and unique sourcing practices for niche searches, and a desire to support a growth stage start-up through scale. This role reports to the Senior Manager, Sourcing and Recruiting Operations.As a Technical Sourcer, you will:Manage sourcing for multiple, sometimes complex, niche, searches. Develop innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage the best talent to MavenCollaborate with engineering and product leadership and recruiting partners to continuously improve best sourcing practices and ensure goals are met. Manage talent pipelines effectively and proactively use data to provide updates to hiring teams, recruiting partners, and leadership. We're looking for you to bring: 5 years of specific technical sourcing experience in engineering and product roles. Sourcing across multiple levels and from top tech companies in the industry. Experience working in a startup environment. Strong skills in sourcing and engaging passive talent, particularly senior talent. A strong ability to provide an exceptional candidate experience. Experience building relationships with leadership, with ability to influence and drive towards goals. Ability to navigate ambiguity, and work independently. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, and skillset.Maven embraces a flexible hybrid work model. Our teams primarily operate from Seattle, WA, San Francisco/Bay Area, CA, and the New York Metropolitan area, NY. For those in our New York City office, we encourage in-person collaboration by requiring team members to work onsite three days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday).
