About the role
We are looking to hire an enthusiastic Sales Representative to be the face and voice of our organization. As a successful candidate, you will join a selfless, competitive, and cohesive team with a proven system to make you successful.
To excel in this role, you will have excellent communication and networking skills and strong self motivation Previous experience in a quota carrying role or similar is strongly desired, as well as knowledge of sales and marketing principles.

What you"ll do
Sales Representative Responsibilities :
Hybrid position (meetings in office occasionally)
Help home and business owners repair and improve their most important assets by completing inspections
Complete home inspections (you will have to get on the roof, with a ladder, if you are terrified of heights this opportunity might not be right for you, check out our other job postings for positions closer to the ground).
Educate customers about our products and services
Create video, written and social media content in order to attract new customers
Build rapport with customers
Monitor customer feedback and escalate complaints
Maintain a positive image of the brand at all times
Ensure the project is delivered to the customers expectations and contracted work is fully executed.
Qualifications
Sales Representative Requirements :
Bachelor"s Degree in Business or related field experience (Desirable)
Prior experience in a sales environment (Desirable)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Friendly, approachable and outgoing personality
Working knowledge of social media platforms and tools
Adaptable with the ability to prioritize tasks
Ability to travel as needed, 10% of the time
Previous experience with commission based sales (Desirable)
Experience in outside sales and marketing helpful
