Overview
Mauzy is looking for a motivated individual to join our team as an Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) & Insulation Installer. As a part of our team, you will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of indoor air quality systems.

Responsibilities:
- Install and maintain IAQ systems, including air purifiers, ventilation equipment and related systems.
- Complete blown-in insulation installation in attics and walls to improve energy efficiency and air quality
- Assist with the inspection of job sites and ensure installations meet safety and quality standards
- Ensure all work is completed according to manufacturer guidelines and industry standards
- Collaborate with Installation & Service technicians to ensure inspections and projects are completed accurately
Qualifications:
- HVAC trade school completion is a plus
- Strong work ethic & willingness to learn and grow in the field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Pay Transparency:
The starting average rate for this opportunity ranges from $35K-$60K annually. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility. We provide a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO). A candidate’s salary history will not be used in compensation decisions. Please note that the compensation information is a good faith estimate for this position. It assumes a rate based on location and experience.
Physical Demands:
- Stand/Sit: Must be able to remain in stationary position 50% of the time.
- May be required to bend, climb (Stairs/Ladders), do repetitive motion, kneel, reach, squat, stand, crawl, walk, and run
- May be required to drive and sit for long periods of time
- Must be able to maneuver up to 75 lb. by lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling.
- May be required to work in outdoor weather conditions.
