Plumbing Service Technician

We are seeking a skilled Plumbing Technician to join our team. The Plumbing Technician will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential settings.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances.
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine layout of plumbing systems.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various plumbing tasks.
• Conduct routine maintenance on plumbing systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with installation teams on site to ensure plumbing installations meet project specifications.
• Provide field service support for plumbing issues at client locations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols.
  
  

Experience

• Proven experience as a Plumbing Technician
• Familiarity with plumbing tools, equipment, and techniques
• Strong understanding of plumbing systems, including drainage, water supply, and heating systems.
• Ability to perform maintenance person tasks related to plumbing installations or repairs.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.

Pay Transparency

The starting rate for this opportunity ranges from $65K-$150K/annually. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility. We provide a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO). A candidate’s salary history will not be used in compensation decisions. Please note that the compensation information is a good faith estimate for this position. It assumes a rate based on location and experience.

Physical Demands

• Stand/Sit: Must be able to remain in stationary position 50% of the time.
• May be required to bend, climb (Stairs/Ladders), do repetitive motion, kneel, reach, squat, stand, crawl, walk, and run
• May be required to drive and sit for long periods of time
• Must be able to maneuver up to 75 lb. by lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling.
