Responsibilities

• Perform routine HVAC maintenance, including system inspections, filter changes, coil cleanings and other basic adjustments
• Able to communicate clearly and in a professional manner while providing exceptional customer service at all times
• Inspect, diagnose, and repair issues with residential HVAC equipment
• Test system performance and make adjustments to optimize efficiency and airflow
• Respond to scheduled maintenance & service calls in a timely and professional matter
• Assist in minor repairs and part replacements
• Follow all safety guidelines, company procedures and local codes
• Maintain tools, equipment and company vehicle to company standards
  
  

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience as a maintenance technician preferred
• Familiarity with HVAC tools, equipment, and techniques
• Ability to perform maintenance tasks related to HVAC installations or repairs.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.

Pay Transparency

The starting rate for this opportunity ranges from $50k-$100k annually. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility. We provide a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO). A candidate’s salary history will not be used in compensation decisions. Please note that the compensation information is a good faith estimate for this position. It assumes a rate based on location and experience.

Physical Demands

• Stand/Sit: Must be able to remain in stationary position 50% of the time.
• May be required to bend, climb (Stairs/Ladders), do repetitive motion, kneel, reach, squat, stand, crawl, walk, and run
• May be required to drive and sit for long periods of time
• Must be able to maneuver up to 75 lb. by lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling.
• May be required to work in outdoor weather conditions.
• Must have the ability to maneuver in and out of ditches, dig ditches, and assist with other physical operations associated with installing/repairing/and or maintaining in-ground septic systems and lines.
