As a Sales Associate at Maus, you will:
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
- Develop an in-depth knowledge of our current inventory to assist our customers with selecting the perfect vehicle, while promoting model options and features, products and services, and attractive promotion and finance options.
- Professionally and knowledgeably demonstrate vehicles (including test drives)
- Communicate with our customers and the sales managers along every step of the way– from lead to delivery!
- Work closely with our F&I department during the finance process to make sure we offer the most attractive offers to close the deal!
- Work with our marketing team to grow our customer base and generate leads online, over the phone, and in person.
- Build relationships & create customers for life!
- Go above and beyond to make the sale!
Industry-related experience is preferred, but we can train the right motivated individuals to start generating results immediately and easily bring home over $100K per year! It’s the Maus way!
**Must be 18 years or older and possess a valid driver’s license. Candidates must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
