Job Summary
Determines the organization’s media goals and objectives and oversees development and execution of media plans and programs.
General Accountabilities
- Keeping website updated with dealership's existing inventory and current prices.
- Manages customer leads, responding to all inquiries in a quickly and timely manner.
- Answers customers questions on product inventory
- Makes appointments for interested customers
- Knowledgeable of the product details
- Fast paced technological
- Gets along with fellow sales associates
- Oversees activities of media department; hires, trains, supervises, motivates, and develops management staff.
- Develops, maintains, and communicates knowledge of trends, innovations, and opportunities to improve and/or adjust media buying.
- Provides day to day guidance and oversight of subordinates; actively works to promote and recognize performance.
- Monitors overall activities of the media department; identifies problem areas and directs corrective actions.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
- Willing to work non- traditional hours
Job Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Two to four years' related experience.
