JOB SUMMARY:
Primarily responsible for the therapeutic care of patients in their place of residence. The RN will promote continuity of care through coordination of patient care services. Must possess a good working knowledge of the nursing process and demonstrate clinical competency and leadership. Able to adapt to change. On-call required for some positions.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Current and Valid RN License in TN Required
- Driver's License with Reliable Transportation and Liability Insurance Required
- 1 Year of Nursing/Patient Care Preferred
- 1 Year of Home Health Care Nursing/Patient Care Preferred
