Role Description
The HNW Senior Client Manager is a full-time, on-site position based in Delray Beach, FL. In this role, you will manage relationships with high-net-worth clients, providing tailored insurance and risk management solutions. Key responsibilities include assessing client risks, preparing and presenting customized insurance proposals, renewing policies, assisting with claims, and ensuring compliance with regulations. You will collaborate with underwriting and claims teams to deliver excellent service and maintain client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in client relationship management and servicing high-net-worth individuals
- Strong background in risk assessment and customized insurance solutions for diverse needs
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while independently managing client accounts
- Proficiency in insurance industry software and tools, as well as familiarity with regulatory compliance
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CPCU, ARM, CIC) are desirable
