II. Essential Job Duties
A. Supervisory and Scheduling Duties
-Schedules daily cleaning of the Judicial Center, coordinating custodial activities five days per week.
-Plans cleaning around Maury County Government meetings, court sessions, and other county activities.
-Supervises custodial staff assigned to the Judicial Center to ensure work meets established cleaning standards.
-Ensures that the building is locked, secured, and lights are turned off following cleaning, if necessary.
-Schedules carpet cleaning and other specialized cleaning tasks as needed.
B. Inventory and Supply Management
-Maintains an organized and clean custodial storage room.
-Oversees inventory and ordering of cleaning supplies, including hand sanitizer, hand soap, and paper products.
C. Communication and Liaison Duties
-Acts as a liaison for concerns or complaints raised by county employees regarding cleanliness or other custodial issues.
-Communicates with the Building Maintenance Supervisor regarding supply needs, scheduling issues, and any other concerns.
D. General Custodial Duties
