Education within six months of employment. - Essential Functions or Duties:
� Meet monthly with students working toward the Industry 4.0 Diploma distinction.
� Assist students in meeting the requirements for this graduation distinction by
providing guidance related to post- secondary career goals, developing soft skills, and
creating a professional portfolio to promote employability success.
� Work with high school counselors to ensure that students seeking the distinction are
scheduled into appropriate dual enrollment and WBL placements.
� Assist with placing high school students in quality work-based learning experiences.
� Enroll and monitor students attaining initial credit through an online learning management
system to ensure appropriate progress.
� Assist CTE teachers with assessing student career interest, planning and executing
industry tours, and scheduling guest speakers.
� Assist with administering Career Assessments, including but not limited to the ASVAB,
and ACT Workkeys.
Salary : $50,006 - $89,915
