This is a full-time, on-site role based in Joppa, MD, for a Counter Sales Representative at Maurice Electrical Supply. The role involves supporting customers by assisting with product inquiries, providing recommendations, and processing sales transactions. Responsibilities also include maintaining an organized sales counter, restocking inventory, and ensuring an excellent customer service experience. The role requires collaboration with team members and active engagement with customers to meet their electrical supply needs efficiently.

• Experience in customer service, sales, and building strong customer relationships to provide excellent support.
• Knowledge of electrical products, including expertise in lighting and switchgear, or a willingness to learn through company training.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage inventory, sales transactions, and restocking.
• Effective verbal communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and team members.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced on-site environment.
• Previous experience in the electrical supply industry or related fields is a plus.
• Proficiency with sales systems, POS software, or inventory management tools is beneficial.
