- Operate basic mechanical equipment such as slicers, grinders, and forklifts with proper certification when required.
- Assist in food production tasks including portioning, packaging, and labeling meat items for retail or wholesale distribution.
- Follow all food safety regulations related to food processing, handling, and storage to ensure compliance with industry standards.
