- Welcome customers with a gracious demeanor, creating an inviting atmosphere that reflects the essence of luxury.
- Take the lead in orchestrating the day-to-day operations, ensuring the boutique is a finely tuned instrument of efficiency.
- Coordinate with various departments to maintain optimal inventory levels and oversee visual merchandising initiatives
- Be the point person for customer inquiries and concerns, working diligently to provide swift and satisfactory resolutions.
- Keep the team informed about upcoming promotions, events, and any changes to operational procedures.
- Oversee inventory management, from regular stock checks to coordinating restocking efforts.
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to maintain a curated selection of products that align with the boutique's standards.
- Previous experience in the realm of luxury retail
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to engage with our guests
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
