Contract Mail Carrier USPS

MAULSON'S Flex Fleet, LLC is seeking a mail carrier for a rural route delivered out of the United States Post Office, 2201 Baxter Lane, Bozeman, Montana.

$315/day if personal vehicle is used OR $265/day if fleet vehicle is used.

Paid every Friday.

Training pay is $22/hour.

Considered 1099. You are responsible for your own taxes.

Contract start time is 7:30 am until daily delivery is finished.

Willing to train the right person.

Job Duties

• Deliver mail and packages along assigned routes in a timely manner.
• Operate delivery vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload mail and packages from vehicles using equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including tracking information for packages.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns from recipients.
• Ensure that all mail is handled with care to prevent damage during transit.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safe operation.
• Adhere to all safety regulations while on the road and during loading/unloading activities.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a delivery driver or courier preferred.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting as required (up to 50 pounds).
• Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently while managing time effectively to meet delivery schedules.
• Must be detail-oriented and capable of following instructions accurately.
