The Primary Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To
- Sort, scan, and verify the page count of tax workpapers
- Filing (electronic and paper)
- Bind reports, proposals, and other documents
- Assist the Administrative Team with other tasks and special projects as needed
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat (scan, create, and edit PDF files)
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Drives, Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
- Proficiency in English language usage, spelling, and grammar
- Willingness and ability to learn other necessary software
- Strong attention to accuracy and detail
