Essential Duties
- Welcome guests to the Restaurant
- Provide wait times, monitor waiting lists and assist with reservations
- Escort guests to their assigned dining area
- Provide menus to guests
- Maintain a clean reception area/host stand
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude
- Strong team player with great communication skills
- Organized with a great attention to detail
- Current TB Health Card
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work flexible hours, weekends, holidays and during evening events
- Standing and walking for several hours at a time.
- Communicating with guests and colleagues throughout your shift
- Hours may include day and evening hours.
- Unlimited daily aquarium access during normal business hours (employee, their children, spouse and immediate family members).
