Job Summary
We are a pre-arrival grocery delivery business that delivers groceries to resorts and private homes in South Maui. Our shoppers fulfill the grocery orders in the mornings and then our drivers deliver directly into the kitchen of our customers in the afternoons before they check-in.
Duties
- Meet at warehouse in Kahului to load up or pick-up loaded delivery van.
- Drive to various resorts in Kihei, Wailea, and Makena
- Deliver groceries directly into the kitchen of the customer ensuring everything is neatly put away.
- Return back to the warehouse and unload the van/clean as needed.
Skills
- Clean driving record, 18
- Customer service skills needed when connecting with front desk, concierge, housekeeping, valet, and guests at the hotel
- Ability to lift 75lbs . A lot of times we deliver up flights of stairs and the coolers and bins can be quite heavy.
This job has an average start time of 11am-12pm and typically finishes between 3-5pm. So, would be 3-6hrs/day or 15-25hrs/week. Must be willing to work weekends (Friday-Sunday are busiest days) and holidays (Christmas/NY, Spring Break, and Summer are busiest times of year).
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
