As a Game Master, you will play a crucial role in managing rooms, guiding players through their adventures, and enhancing the overall guest experience.
Duties
- Welcome and greet guests, providing excellent customer service throughout their experience.
- Lead and facilitate gaming sessions, ensuring all participants understand the rules and objectives.
- Handle cash transactions.
- Reset game rooms and props after each session.
- Create an engaging atmosphere by utilizing strong public speaking skills to narrate stories and guide players through various scenarios.
- Manage conflicts that may arise during gameplay, ensuring a positive experience for all participants.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing player inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Ensure the safety and security of all players during their visit.
- Collaborate with team members to plan and execute events, ensuring smooth operations from start to finish.
- Maintain a clean and organized gaming area to enhance the guest experience.
- Utilize hospitality skills to create a welcoming environment for guests of all ages.
- Engage with children in a friendly manner, ensuring their safety and enjoyment throughout the gaming experience.
Qualifications
- Strong public speaking abilities with the confidence to engage large groups.
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred but not required.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
