Duties
- Safely operate vehicle, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Load and unload packages using proper lifting techniques, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
- Deliver goods along designated routes efficiently while maintaining accurate delivery schedules.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating professionally with clients during deliveries and addressing any questions or concerns.
- Verify shipment contents against delivery manifests and document all pickups and drop-offs accurately
- Assist with warehouse activities such as inventory management, moving stock, and organizing shipments when required.
- Service Airport Brochure and Magazine stands
- Deliver brochure and magazine orders island wide
- Work 2 days a week
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a delivery driver or courier, preferably with route driving experience involving heavy lifting and moving goods.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Must provide your own reliable vehicle.
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks is highly desirable.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Ability to lift heavy packages repeatedly throughout the day while maintaining safety standards.
