Salary: $65k to $75k (DOE)

As a Restaurant Department Manager, you'll play a vital role in our business growth. Your main focus will be on managing and empowering our team members to consistently deliver exceptional dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead by example in training and empowering hourly staff to excel in their roles, fostering a culture of growth and accountability.
• Oversee front-of-house operations with precision and care, ensuring seamless service delivery.
• Maintain high cleanliness standards to uphold excellence throughout the establishment.
• Proactively address guest concerns to guarantee satisfaction and enhance the dining experience.
• Foster smooth communication and collaboration with our kitchen team to ensure seamless operations and consistent service quality.
