Job Description:

Maug Cleaning, Inc. is hiring Janitorial Cleaners for weekend shift positions in Eau Claire, WI.

This is a team-based role in office buildings and commercial facilities with evening hours and a flexible schedule.

Pay & Schedule

• $16.00/hour
• Saturday: 6:00 a.m. - 9:00 a.m.
• Sunday: 7:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.
• 6 hours per week

Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain offices, healthcare facilities, and commercial spaces
• Perform routine janitorial tasks including trash removal, floor care, surface cleaning, and restrooms
• Work with a team each night across assigned locations
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards

What to Expect:

• Flexible night schedule
• Work across one or multiple nearby locations
• Bending, lifting (up to 40 lbs), and repetitive movement
• Physically active role (walking 10,000 steps per day)

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Possess a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Comfortable traveling between facilities (up to ~60 miles/day)
• Team-oriented mindset

Wages and Benefits:
