As Sales Professional, you will be responsible for selling new and used vehicles to customers while providing exceptional service. This role involves understanding customer wants and needs, demonstrating strong product knowledge, and delivering complete satisfaction with your guests and team members involved. You are to model behaviors and a culture for success including integrity, respect, drive, community, fun and pride without ego, with self-confidence, and creativity.

Job Duties and Responsibilities including, but not limited to:

Follow the sales pledge and process with all guests.

Utilizes CRM to maximize sales opportunities and record accurate guest information.

Attends product and sales training courses or demonstrations as request by sales manager.

Keeps up to date on new vehicle products and services within the automotive industry.

Maintains a follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction.

Always conducts business in an ethical and professional manner.

Approaches, greets, and offers assistance or direction to any guest who enters the dealership showroom or lot.

Exhibits high level of commitment to customer satisfaction.

Delivers vehicles to guests, ensuring that the guest understands the vehicle’s operating features, applicable warranties and paperwork.

Attends sales meetings.

Maintains professional appearance.

Maintain a deep knowledge of the markets and automotive retail industry. Participate in process and policy discussions of the company to continually adapt to the changing market.

Ensure Dealership reputation is top of CSI and other consumer ratings, including BBB and Google.

Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, rules, regulations (i.e. OSHA Right-to-Know), and standards to maintain the legality and business integrity of Dealership.

Review inventory daily to ensure proper knowledge of available retail vehicles.

Ensure that the work areas and guest areas are kept clean. Maintain safe work environment.

Other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • Strong motivation.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage change and detail-oriented processes.
  • Maintain a valid driver's license with a clean record.
  • Comply with all dealership and manufacturer job-related training and requirements.
  • Adhere to the employee handbook policies and procedures.
  • Excellent computer skills, including Excel.
  • Ability to achieve goals with high guest satisfaction ratings.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and ability to influence management on process improvements.
