F & I Manager - MC

As a Finance Manager, this role will work closely with customers, lenders, and sales team to ensure smooth and efficient financing processes. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in auto finance, a deep understanding of industry regulations, and strong leadership abilities.  

Job Duties and Responsibilities including, but not limited to: 

• Validate all paperwork for correct title, lien information, taxes etc., before forwarding to accounting. 
• Provide guests with a complete explanation of manufacturer and dealership service procedures and policies. 
• Work with Sales Managers to secure a reasonable profit from every sale. 
• Ensure collection of all finance and insurance fees. 
• Handle all rate quotations. 
• Execute finance department targets based on monthly manufacturer and dealership objectives. 
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, rules, regulations and standards to maintain the legality and business integrity of Dealership. 
• Resolve any guest complaints and ensure there is resolution to the guest’s satisfaction; inform the Finance Director and General Manager if unable to rectify timely. 
• Strong understanding of manufacturing incentive programs. 
• Support Sales Managers, from time to time, in guest TO’s, and the covering sales information desk when Sales Managers are pulled away. 
• Other tasks as assigned. 

Requirements

• Maintain a valid driver's license with a clean record. 

• Comply with all dealership and manufacturer job-related training and requirements. 

• Adhere to the employee handbook policies and procedures.

• Ability to achieve goals with high guest satisfaction ratings. 

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and ability to influence management on process improvements. 

Salary : $120,000 - $175,000
