Position Overview

Maudie’s Digital Marketing is seeking a creative, self-motivated Videographer / Content Creator to capture, produce, and deliver high-quality video content for local businesses throughout North Idaho. This position plays a critical role in helping clients generate leads through social media advertising, organic content, and digital marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Travel to client locations throughout North Idaho and Eastern Washington to capture video content.
• Film client interviews, testimonials, project progress, before-and-afters, team culture content, and promotional videos.
• Identify and capture engaging content opportunities while on-site.
• Record high-quality footage using cameras, drones (if licensed), gimbals, microphones, and other equipment.
• Create short-form vertical video content for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok.
• Edit video content using software such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar platforms.
• Organize, upload, and manage media files.
• Work closely with the marketing team to execute content strategies and advertising campaigns.
• Ensure all content aligns with client branding and campaign objectives.
• Meet production deadlines and maintain content calendars.
• Assist with basic photography when needed.
• Participate in creative brainstorming and campaign planning meetings.

Qualifications

• Experience filming and editing professional video content.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and short-form video trends.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client locations.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with drone operation is a plus.
• Experience in marketing, advertising, or social media is a plus.

• Delivers edited content on time.
• Produces videos that generate engagement, leads, and sales.
• Takes initiative on shoots without needing constant direction.
• Represents Maudie’s professionally while working with clients.

• Full-Time, Monday-Friday
• In-office and on-location work throughout North Idaho
• Pay Starting at 25/hr - this is a role for experienced videographers only.
• Raises given as work ethic is proven.
