Line Lead - 2nd Shift

We are looking for a driven, hands-on leader to take ownership of production performance, food safety, and team success on the line. If you enjoy working with purpose, making decisions, and leading by example — this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a frontline production team and set the pace for performance

• Ensure every product meets SQF and quality standards

• Enforce GMP compliance, dress code, allergen controls, and safe work practices

• Prepare lines for startup: staffing, materials, cleanliness, documentation

• Problem-solve quickly and escalate issues to minimize downtime

• Execute efficient changeovers with full line clearance and clear direction

• Coach and develop team members for continuous improvement and success

• Maintain accurate production logs and paperwork

• Partner with Production Management to achieve shift goals

• Drive urgency while keeping safety, quality, and productivity in balance

• Promote teamwork, communication, and professionalism at all times

What You Bring

• Prior experience in manufacturing or food production required

• Leadership experience (formal or informal) strongly preferred

• Ability to communicate clearly and hold others accountable

• Working knowledge of GMPs, HACCP, or SQF programs is a plus
