Duties
- Manage complex calendars using Google Workspace, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements with precision.
- Provide executive administrative support by preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations with high accuracy through proofreading and transcription.
- Coordinate projects by tracking deadlines, organizing meetings, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Oversee office management tasks such as filing, data entry, maintaining office supplies, and organizing documents to ensure an efficient work environment.
- Support personal assistant duties for executives including personal scheduling, errands, or other administrative needs as required.
- Utilize Google Suite for document creation, data analysis, and reporting purposes.
- Manage confidential information with discretion while maintaining high standards of professionalism in all interactions.
- Conduct proofreading to ensure clarity and accuracy in all written communications.
- Perform transcription of meetings or notes when necessary to facilitate clear documentation of discussions.
Skills
- Proven experience in executive administrative support or office management roles with strong organizational skills.
- Exceptional proficiency in Google Workspace applications, and data entry tools like DocuSign.
- Demonstrated ability in project coordination to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Strong office experience including filing systems, clerical tasks, front desk operations, and multi-line phone systems management.
- Excellent communication skills with professional phone etiquette and customer service orientation.
- Adept at calendar management using Google Workspace tools to optimize schedules.
- High level of computer literacy combined with keen proofreading skills to produce polished documents.
