Remote Data Entry Specialist

Matura Salon & Spa Management is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Remote Data Entry Specialist to support administrative operations and maintain accurate business records. The ideal candidate can enter information accurately, organize digital files, update spreadsheets, and complete routine administrative tasks while working remotely.

This position is suitable for someone with strong attention to detail, basic computer skills, and good time-management abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and maintain business information in company databases and spreadsheets.
• Review records for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Organize digital documents, forms, and administrative files.
• Update customer, appointment, service, and business records as authorized.
• Identify missing information and report discrepancies.
• Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information.
• Communicate with team members regarding data corrections and administrative tasks.
• Complete assigned work accurately and within established deadlines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic computer and keyboarding skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good written communication and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
