Key ResponsibilitiesDraft full copy for two print pieces—the Year-in-Review and Annual Fund Appeal—using prior campaigns, visual concepts, and key messages provided by the Interim Executive Director.Collaborate with the Communications Associate to select and curate imagery for the campaign.Deliver finalized copy and images to the Designer, and lead comp reviews, revisions, and approvals for both direct mail and digital assets.Build and publish GoFundMe Pro (formerly Classy) pages for the Annual Fund campaign.Partner with the Communications Associate to create MailChimp e-blasts connected to GoFundMe Pro pages.Oversee the Operations Associate as they manage the physical mailing process and donor fulfillment, including thank-you letters, end-of-year tax summaries, and performance reports.
