Matunuck Oyster Bar, South Kingstown, RI, is hiring Servers with previous experience serving in high volume restaurant. Flexible schedule with full and part time shifts available starting in late December/ early January. Summer availability through Labor Day weekend required.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing prompt and professional service to our guests
- Familiarizing customers with the menu, and make appropriate suggestions
- Take customer orders and relay them accurately
- Anticipate guests' needs in order to facilitate and enjoyable dining experience
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience serving in a high volume restaurant
- TIPS Certification
- Summer availability through Labor Day weekend
- Ability to start in late December/ Early January
- Understanding of wine, spirits, and craft beer
- Food allergy awareness
- Excellent customer service skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude toward teamwork
- Strong work ethic, with a willingness to take initiative
