Skills and Experience You Need:
- Prior Office Administrative Experience (Required)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, including Excel (Required)
- Previous experience in processing confidential paperwork (Required)
- High school degree (Required)
- Prior Experience Working in Financial Advisory or Banking Industries (Preferred)

- Maintain a flawless database and respond to client inquiries promptly.
- Be proactive with advisors and clients, tackling tasks head-on.
- Process transactions with precision.
- All other duties as assigned.
