Role Overview
As a Concrete Carpenter, you’ll play a hands-on role in shaping the structures we build. From formwork to finishing, your precision and attention to detail will help ensure every project meets our high standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Construct and install formwork for foundations, walls, slabs, and other concrete structures.
- Measure, cut, and assemble materials with accuracy and care.
- Pour, level, and finish concrete to meet project specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints and layout drawings.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely and effectively.
- Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet project goals.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Vocational training or apprenticeship in carpentry or concrete work preferred.
- Previous experience in concrete construction or carpentry.
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools with precision.
- Physical stamina to perform demanding tasks in outdoor environments.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Outdoor construction sites with exposure to weather conditions.
- Requires standing, kneeling, lifting, and working with heavy materials.
- Safety is a top priority—training and equipment are provided.
